The article discusses important recent changes to the regulatory environment in Thailand governing the use of digital assets (including cryptocurrency and digital tokens) as a means of payment.
Kanchana Suchato and Shaswat Weeramongkolkul also contributed to an article in Asian Legal Business May 2022 titled “Seeking a Balance”, which discusses the recent ban in Thailand on using cryptocurrencies and other digital assets as a means of payment.
