In recent years, some infrastructure development projects in Thailand have taken the form of public private partnerships (“PPPs”), with the participation of the private sector. To the extent that these projects follow the framework of the Act on Public Private Partnerships, B.E. 2562 (2019), an understanding of PPPs in Thailand is useful.
