Until recently, Thai law provided little legislation or jurisprudence which applies specifically to agency or distributorship relationships. Recent legislation, however, has begun to address specific elements of agency and distributorship. This article provides an overview of the current regulatory environment in respect to Commercial Agency Agreements and Distributorship Agreements.
