Administrative litigation is a mechanism available for protecting the rights of private citizens when they feel aggrieved due to the actions of administrative agencies. Judgments rendered by the Administrative Courts are intended to strike a balance between the rights and liberties of the people and the work of the State for public benefit. They have also contributed to establishing good practices among administrative agencies and State officials in Thailand.
