On 4 February 2021 MHM HCMC & Chandler MHM held a joint Webinar on recent changes to the investment and enterprise laws in Vietnam.

The presenter Trang Nguyen from MHM HCMC, hosted by Arkrapol Pichedvanichok from Chandler MHM, provided an overview of notable key changes to the investment and enterprise laws in Vietnam.

The Webinar was well attended showing a high level of interest in this topic.

Our regional network has been advising on matters in relation to Vietnam since 2004, and in 2018 we opened an office on HCMC. Our Bangkok office also has a long history of advising Thai investors on their investments into Vietnam, especially in the energy sector.
