On 24 February 2022, Chandler MHM held a joint Webinar with Clifford Chance on Construction Disputes. The presenters were Paul Sandosham from Clifford Chance, Joan Lim-Casanova from Cavenagh Law LLP and Nathee Silacharoen, Supalerk Rugsarigorn and Sakolrat Srangsomwong from Chandler MHM.

The speakers discussed common areas of disputes in construction projects in the region. Topics included liquidated damages for delays and the use of performance guarantees/performance bonds in the construction industry.

The Webinar was well received with positive feedback and high level of attendance from a broad range of organizations.
