On 25 February 2022, Chandler MHM held a Webinar titled “Investing in the Renewable Energy Sector in Japan – From Basics to Latest Updates”. The presenters were Joseph Tisuthiwongse, David Beckstead, Susumu Hanawa, Naoki Ishikawa, Panupan Udomsuvannakul, Theerapat Sombatsatapornkul and Poompat Udomsuvannakul.

Topics covered included an overview of the renewable energy sector in Japan, common investment structures, key legislative updates including on the new feed-in premium.
