On 27 May 2022, Chandler MHM held a Webinar titled “Avoiding Cartel and Unlawful Arrangement?”. The presenters from Chandler MHM were Pranat Laohapairoj, Athiwuth Phanprechakij and Pawee Jongrungrueang.

The presentation included a discussion on what is a cartel and what are its characteristics. Other topics covered also included an overview of exceptions and the concept of safe harbor in addition to the implications of being involved in behavior deemed to be a cartel or unlawful arrangement. The high level of attendance and engagement was an indication of the importance of this topic to many businesses.
