On 14 June 2022 Waree Shinsirikul and Ratthai Kamolwarin from Chandler MHM gave a presentation on “Workplace Harassment - How to deal with it effectively and lawfully?” at an event held by the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

This is an important topic for all managers due to the impact of workplace harassment on employees. The presenters, by reference to real life examples, gave an overview of the types of harassment to be aware of and how to deal with these types of harassment lawfully. The level of interest in this topic was demonstrated by the numerous questions asked in a lively Q&A session including on international trends in this area.
