On 27 July 2022, Chandler MHM held a Webinar titled “Consequences of White-Collar Crime – Case study: Directors' Liability and Labor Issues”. The presenters from Chandler MHM were Peerapat Pongrojphao, Jirayu Sanguankaew and Prachaya Boonchouychoo.

With reference to real life cases the speakers discussed the potential civil and criminal liability of company directors when instances of white-collar crime are discovered within their organizations. The speakers also discussed measures that should be taken or avoided following instances of white-collar crime being discovered and measures to mitigate or prevent this type of crime, such as legal and tax compliance checks. The high level of attendance and engagement by attendees reflects of the importance of these topics to many organizations.
