During 15-18 February 2021 The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society and Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) together with Chulalongkorn University organized a public hearing on the draft subordinated laws under the PDPA.

The hearings were divided into 7 sessions according to the type of industry. Academics from Chulalongkorn University presented on the concepts and necessity for each subordinated laws under the PDPA and responded to questions raised by the participants. 

Representatives from Chandler MHM, which included Koonlacha Charungkit-anant and Theerapat Sombatsatapornkul, joined the hearing on 17 February to assist the team from Chulalongkorn University to answer questions.
