On 5-6 February 2022 CMHM held Bootcamp #2 for senior-year law students' considering a career in private practice. The two-day Bootcamp provided participants with a full range of activities including soft skills workshops and simulated working experiences. The exercises, which were facilitated by a team of experienced lawyers from CMHM, aimed to provide the attendees with useful training as well as to provide an insight into life as a practicing lawyer. Selected participants, who perform exceptionally well on the programme, may be offered interviews for employment at CMHM.

The popularity of the Bootcamp programme is demonstrated by the very high number of outstanding applications and positive feedback. CMHM plans to run Bootcamp #3 in early 2023.
