Chandler MHM advised on ICBC Aviation Leasing’s restructuring, which won China Business Law Journal's Deals of the Year 2021 award

ICBCAL completed a series of aircraft repossessions and airline reorganisations involving more than 17 airlines across 11 jurisdictions, and 50 aircraft across the Asia-Pacific region. Chandler MHM advised ICBCAL in relation to the debt restructuring and business rehabilitation process of its Thai debtor, Thai Airways PCL and three aircraft leases with a Vietnamese low-cost airline.
