On Saturday 3 September 2022, representatives from Chandler MHM visited Wat Tha Chang School, Nakon Nayok, Thailand to provide a broad range of support. 
Members of the firm joined the teachers and students in painting the school fence and developing the school garden to grow vegetables which would supplement the school’s lunch program. After having lunch with the students our team arranged fun creative activities for the students, which they very much enjoyed participating in.
In addition to being a fun day for all, the vegetable garden would be taken care of by the students on an ongoing basis thereby also serving an educational purpose of enhancing the students’ agricultural skills. The firm and its employees also made donations to the school to support the activities and provide other ongoing support, including supplies for the library, sports equipment, and mushroom plants. Any vegetables and mushroom not required for the lunch program will be sold with the proceeds being used to buy additional food for preparing meals as required.

This project is part of the World Law Group initiative “work together for what matters” and follows a similar project which Chandler MHM supported in May 2022 with Wat Tham Rong School in Phetchaburi Province (which involved painting classrooms and developing the school garden to grow vegetables which would supplement the school’s lunch program in addition to making donations). The firm also participated in similar projects in November 2021 at Wat Wang Hin School in Suphanburi Province and January 2022 at Wat Khok Kratai School in Saraburi Province. As part of its corporate social responsibility programme, Chandler MHM is committed to providing long-term support for the educational community by working with schools on an ongoing basis.
