On 3 January 2023, an article in Thai language on the Japanese Government Policy on Business and Human Rights was published in Bangkok Biz. The article discusses the Japanese government’s Guidelines on “Respecting Human Rights in Responsible Supply Chains”, which was issued in 2022. To comply with legal requirements and the principles of ESG businesses are increasingly looking at their supply chains to ensure compliance with basic human rights. The authors of this article were Panupan Udomsuvannakul and Poompat Udomsuvannakul.
