Chandler MHM advised Levanta Renewables, a renewable energy platform for Actis, on the acquisition of a 90% controlling shareholding in a 139.4MWp operating solar project portfolio in Thailand from Super Energy Corporation Public Co. Ltd. This transaction is an important milestone for Levanta as is its first transaction in the Thai market. The solar project portfolio is significant, consisting of 24 ground mounted solar farms.
