PROSPECT REIT invested in the sublease parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 project, the sublease parts of land and acquisition of building ownership in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 project, and the acquisition of land and building ownership in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 project. The buildings comprise factory buildings, warehouses, offices, and other buildings. The transaction value amounts to THB 3,210,000,000 (approximately USD 99,000,000).
