This investment involved acquiring leasehold rights to 10 units across four projects, including factory and warehouse properties located in WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, WHA Logistics Parks 1 and 3, and WHA Rayong 36 Industrial Estate. WHAIR is an industrial REIT that invests in leasehold rights for land, factory buildings, and ready-built warehouses situated in the industrial estates and zones of WHA Group.
