Waree Shinsirikul (Partner) - Waree is a Partner at Chandler MHM and head of the litigation and dispute resolution practice. She specialises in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Her experience includes advising on administrative, commercial, corporate, criminal, tort, customs, labour, property, computer crime and taxation law. Waree has advised on transactions involving international trade, business acquisitions, information technology, real estate, intellectual property, distributorship and employment. (LINK)

Rawi Meckvichai (Senior Associate) - Rawi is a Senior Associate at Chandler MHM in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. Rawi has advised and represent clients in court and arbitral proceedings, mostly in the areas of maritime, insurance, international trade law, commercial contract and tort.

Prakarn Sombunying (Associate) - Prakarn is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has more than 10 years’ experience advising on a diverse range of commercial and corporate disputes across a broad range of sectors. In addition to his advocacy experience in court trials, his experience includes advising clients on insolvency and rehabilitation, corporate governance and directors liability, class actions and shareholder disputes. Prakarn has also represented clients in relation to a number of criminal matters including cases of white-collar crime. Prior to joining Chandler MHM Prakarn worked for another leading law firm in Thailand and also as an independent practitioner.

Wanchana Bunditkritsada (Associate) - Wanchana is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. Prior to joining Chandler MHM Wanchana worked for another leading law firm in Thailand. He has also worked as a senior legal manager for a well-known corporate in Thailand. Wanchana has more than 10 years’ experience advising on a broad range of civil and criminal matters. His experience also includes advising on business rehabilitation.

Isorn Chandrawong (Senior Counsel) - Isorn is a Senior Counsel at Chandler MHM in the corporate and M&A practice. Isorn has long standing comprehensive experience advising clients in Thailand on a wide range of matters. His experience includes advising clients on corporate & commercial, construction, finance & banking, labour, property and environmental laws. Most recently prior to joining Chandler MHM Isorn was a Partner with two prominent law firms in Thailand and Senior Vice President/ Head Legal Counsel of a Public Limited Company. Isorn has extensive experience working with both local and international law firms in Thailand. 

Kachon Vannakun (Associate) - Kachon is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the corporate and M&A practice. He has broad experience advising clients on corporate and M&A matters. He specialises in corporate, commercial, M&A, foreign direct investment and investment promotion. Kachon has advised local and foreign clients on numerous commercial transactions, corporate matters, joint ventures, real estate transactions, employment issues and business reorganizations. His extensive experience includes advising corporate clients on legal due diligence investigations and establishing joint ventures and investment projects. (LINK)

Tip-apa Limvichai (Counsel) - Tip-apa is a Counsel at Chandler MHM in the banking and finance practice. Tip-apa’s area of practice includes banking and finance, project finance, projects, debt restructuring and business reorganisation, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law. She has extensive experience in representing major institutions and large global companies in both Thailand and overseas in numerous high-profile transactions, particularly in the energy and real estate sector. Wassamon Puthipad (Associate) - Wassamon is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the banking and project finance practice areas. Varisa Soonyakanit (Associate) - Varisa is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the banking and project finance practice areas. She has a broad range of experience which includes advising on corporate matters, regulatory compliance issues, banking and finance, commercial transactions, and litigation matters. She is proficient in both English and Mandarin.

REITs / Capital Markets
Thitiyapa Boonkong (Associate) - Thitiyapa is an Associate at Chandler MHM in the REITs / capital markets practice at Chandler MHM. She has been a tax and legal advisor for over four years. Her experience includes conducting due diligence exercises, advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and liquidations. She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and a broad range of legal documents, providing tax and related advice for foreign investors, advising on employment and data protection issues.
