Her experience includes conducting due diligence exercises, advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and liquidations. She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and a broad range of legal documents, providing tax and related advice for foreign investors, advising on employment and data protection issues.

Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd., a major Japanese developer investing in townhouse project in Bangkok. The project is being developed by a joint venture involving of Origin Property PLC. and Nomura Real Estate. The project finance is being provided by TISCO Bank.
INETREIT has made an initial investment in the ownership of the buildings and equipment related to the operation of a data center, namely INET-IDC3 Phase 1, located in Saraburi. The investment includes a leasehold right over the substation land.
A Real Estate Investment Trust in acquiring freehold rights of additional assets, namely land and buildings consisting of factories and warehouses located in industrial estates and logistic parks.

Our team also represented Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited (KBank) as the lender to HREIT. The purpose of the capital increase and fund raising is to invest in new assets.
