Monsicha specializes in natural resources and energy transactions and has extensive and diverse experience acting as in-house counsel with a supermajor multinational energy corporation and as a project finance lawyer with a magic circle international law firm. She brings to the firm and its clients a uniquely diverse perspective and a deep understanding of the business, along with a broad network within the industry, through her award-winning contribution to the Association of International Energy Negotiators.
Her oil and gas legal experience includes advising clients, ranging from front-line operators to regional executive leaders, on full value-chain business operations contracting, multi-million-to-billion-dollar major projects and transactions in both upstream and downstream during periods of major change; providing legal, regulatory, policy, and strategic advice to the business, including on corporate and commercial matters, emergencies and crisis management, legal operations, and digital transformation. Monsicha's project financing experience includes advising on cross-border renewable power and infrastructure projects across the ASEAN region.
