Chandler MHM’s dedicated REITs practice recently advised Prospect Logistics and Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust on its first capital increase. The funds from the capital increase will be used to invest in additional assets consisting of two industrial projects. This is the first REIT units issuance for year 2023.
